Contact

1. Account and billing questions

We cannot see, change or refund anything on a partner platform. This site has no accounts and no payment system, so we have no access to your subscription, your conversations or your card details.

For anything to do with an account you created after following a link, contact that platform's support directly — they are the only ones who can help.

2. Corrections

If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what is wrong. Corrections are the fastest category to be actioned, and factual fixes are made without argument.

3. Privacy and data rights

Access, erasure, objection and portability requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and answered within 30 days. Use the subject line "Privacy request" so it is routed correctly.

4. Copyright and removal

Copyright notices follow the process on the DMCA page. Reports of unlawful content are urgent and jump the queue — mark them URGENT in the subject line.

5. Partnerships and advertising

Proposals are read. Placement is only possible where the product is one we would link to anyway, and any commercial relationship is disclosed on the site. Paid links that are not marked as such are not available at any price.

6. Press

Journalists and researchers writing about adult AI companion services are welcome to quote these pages with attribution and a link. If you need context, background or a comment, say what your deadline is.

7. Response times

• Unlawful content reports: same day where possible.
• Copyright notices: acknowledged within two business days.
• Privacy requests: within 30 days, usually much sooner.
• Everything else: two to five business days.

8. What to include

• The exact page URL you are writing about.
• What you expected and what you saw instead.
• Your device and browser, if the issue is a display problem.
• Screenshots where they help — they usually do.

9. Languages

The team works in English. Messages in other languages are read with machine translation and answered in English, which sometimes slows things down but rarely prevents them.

10. What we will not do

• Recover, reset or delete an account on a partner platform.
• Provide personalised legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.
• Share the personal data of any visitor or partner outside a lawful request.
• Publish an undisclosed paid link or a review written by the vendor.

11. Safety

An AI companion is entertainment and is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a recognised support line where you live — do not wait for an email reply from us.
